HDB Financial to reissue 3-year bonds, bankers say
India's ​HDB Financial ​Services plans to ​raise up to 10 billion rupees ($103.91 million), including a ‌greenshoe ⁠option of ⁠6 billion rupees, ​through the reissue of 8.2301% July ​2029 bond, three bankers said on Tuesday.

It ​will offer ⁠a yield ‌of 7.75%, ​and ​has invited ⁠commitment bids for the issue ​on Wednesday, they said. The company ​did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
