Bharti Airtel to raise 250 million Euros for 5 year

Bharti Airtel International (Netherlands) B V is set to raise 250 million for five year from the European investors. ``The company has reopened the Euro 750 million Reg S bond issuance with initial reopen price guidance of EUR MS plus 275 to 280 bps,’’ said a senior banker in the know of the development.

The mobile phone company had tapped the Euro bond market in December last year. It had raised 750 million from European investors in the first Euro corporate bond deal out of India. "The quantum of the current issue is still being worked out. However, it would not be a huge amount," said a banker in the know of the development.
