Bajaj Finance to issue near 3-year bonds, bankers say
India's Bajaj Finance plans to raise up to 20 billion rupees ($207.82 million), including a greenshoe option of ‌10 ⁠billion ⁠rupees, through the sale of bonds maturing in 2 years and 11 months, three bankers said on Tuesday.

It ​will pay ⁠a coupon ‌of 7.93% ​and ​has invited commitment ⁠bids for the issue on ​Wednesday, they said.

The company did ​not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
