ABB India today said it has raised Rs 600 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCD) on private placement basis.

NEW DELHI: ABB India today said it has raised Rs 600 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCD) on private placement basis.

"The committee constituted by the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 4, 2015 has allotted 600 rated listed, unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1,00,00,000 each at par on Private Placement basis aggregating...(Rupees six hundred crore only) to the identified investor," the company said in a regulatory filing.

ABB is a global company in power and automation technologies.

The shares of ABB India closed at Rs 1,192.30 a piece, up 0.16 per cent, on the BSE.
