There is immense joy in leaving behind all that is known and heading out to travel and explore a world foreign to you. Solo travel for this reason is becoming a popular choice for those looking to shed the familiar and try something new.

Vacationing with family, spending a weekend holiday with a loved one or heading out for a group trip with a bunch of friends can be rewarding in its own way. But exploring a destination by oneself opens a completely different realm of adventures and experiences.
