CABINET OF CURIOSITIES

Where: Montreal This is a circus of some unique orientation or shall we say, dis-orientation. Also called Cirque du Soleil KURIOS, step into the curio cabinet of an ambitious inventor who defies the laws of time, space and dimension in order to re-invent everything around him. It is held near Jacques-Cartier Pier in the old Montreal area. Kids are bound to be amazed with this illusion.

MARTIAL ARTS FESTIVAL

When: April 18 to 20

Where: Lavasa, near Pune Chitah Yajnesh Shetty, a renowned name as action director and martial arts trainer to Indian film and Hollywood stars is presenting India Martial Arts Festival.

Martial arts enthusiasts will participate from 14 states in India like J&K, UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Maharashtra, Odisha, MP, Goa, Uttarakhand and other states.

MOATSU FESTIVAL

When: First week of May

Where: Nagaland Celebrated by the Ao tribes of Nagaland, the Moatsu Festival is a time of great joy as the planting season comes to an end. All activities are associated with the harvest.

You can expect a lot of singing, dancing, and merry making at this festival. The highlight of the occasion is Sangpangtu.

KOH CHANG'S FOOD AND FRUIT FESTIVAL

Where: Koh Chang, Thailand Koh Chang is the second largest island after Phuket, with a pristine and beautiful coastline. It is popular with both the Thai and international tourists.

Apart from the local profession of fisherman, many men and women take to becoming a fruit gardener, especially the Durian fruit.

Chani Durian, also called Koh Chang Durian has its own special taste, which is different from any other you may have tasted elsewhere.

With a motive to promote local agricultural produce, Koh Chang fruit festival was initiated.

During this ongoing festival, patrons can find some amazing agricultural products, products from the sea and of course, live local artiste performances on the stage to keep the atmosphere of the festival lively.
