Travel to Hungary! A new-found warmth in togetherness
Splashing and relaxing in Budapest's thermal baths is the city's top attraction.

Region: Hungary
The city – and its name – is made up of two distinct halves; Buda is draped across hills to the west of the Danube, dominated by the castle while Pest sprawls over the flat plain opposite. The two parts are easily navigated by tram, metro or on foot. From party boats, romantic boats to budget boat tours, cruise operators in Budapest have a wide variety of services to offer.
Take romantic walks along the Danube River:
Take walks on both sides of the River Danube, but probably the best part is between the Chain Bridge and Margaret Bridge, with several nice bars and restaurants along the riverfront on the Buda side. The Pest side with its Danube Promenade is also quite nice, but slightly more touristy, and less intimate.
Enjoy a thermal bath together:
Splashing and relaxing in Budapest's thermal baths is the city's top attraction. The thermal baths are basically a swimming pool.except the water is 100 degrees, there are plenty of jets and bubbles to massage away stress, amidst the company of Hungarians having fun. The Szechenyi baths are well worth a visit, especially after a long walk around the city.
