Thomas Cook anounces holiday package for summer travel

MUMBAI: Thomas Cook Wednesday announced a holiday package with discounted holiday domestic and international packages to garner demand during the lean season.

The 10-day sale covers flights, hotels and holiday packages. It offers discounts up to Rs.40,000 with an added incentive of a ‘child travels free’ offer on select Asia tours.

"In addition, Thomas Cook’s unique ‘Holiday Pe Holiday Free’ offers a free Indian holiday on select domestic and international tours. The “Grand Indian Holiday Sale” also gives customers an additional 5% discount on transactions using Standard Chartered Bank credit/debit cards. For customers who pay the entire amount upfront, Thomas Cook India offers a further discount of up to 9%," the travel company said in a statement.

Other travel companies have been giving away offers too.

Earlier in the day, Cleartrip announced cashback offers of up to Rs 2,500 on flights and hotels.
