Top Tips for monsoon trek
1. Food and Water, you must carry plenty. As trek groups can be big and sharing food is a ritual (ideal to take finger foods).

2. Do not throw trash all around when you go trekking up the hill as you gorge on energy bars. Some glucose sachets may be helpful if you are feeling too exhausted suddenly.

3. Sunscreen, hand sanitiser and maybe a deodourant is a good idea to carry.

4. Do not carry big handbags while you trek. All the vanity can go to waste. Comfortable rucksacks are great choices, pack only useful stuff and avoid lugging extra towels etc. You can wear a raincoat to stay dry if it is pouring too much.
