North America: Jamaica, Nevis and St Lucia, El Salvador and Saint Kitts.

South America: Bolivia and Guyana.

Africa: Mauritius, Ethiopia, Egypt, Madagascar, Seychelles, Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, Djibouti, Guinea-Bissau, Sao Tome & Principe, Uganda, Burundi, Cape Verde, Comoros, Gambia and Togo.

Oceanic Countries: Oceania is the region centered on the islands of the tropical Pacific Ocean Weather such as Fiji, Samoa and Nauru.

PRE-CLEARANCE required from the country of visit: As many as 22 countries including Albania, Azerbaijan, Cameroon, Congo DR, Eritrea, Gabon, Georgia, Ghana, Iran, Is-rael, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mongolia, Myanmar, Sierra Leone, Suriname, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Vietnam offer visa-on-arrival to Indians as long as pre-clearance is obtained.
