Madhya Pradesh boasts of Bandhavgarh, Kanha, Panna, Pench and Satpura National Parks. You can enjoy bird watching and wildlife safaris. One can also trek through the forests of the Vindhya Range near Bandhavgarh. Stay in treetop houses too, wherein you can have a thrilling experience. The park is open from October to June. However, the best time for visiting is November to March.

Kaziranga National Park in Assam is a vast expanse of tall grass, marshland, and dense tropical moist broadleaf forests, crisscrossed by four major rivers, including the Brahmaputra.
