I arrived on the dot ��� two hours before, that is ��� to catch an Indigo flight to Kolkata from Delhi airport. There were at least 200 men in one line and 20 women in the other. Even if the security staff took 30 seconds per person that meant, 1 hour 40 minutes to clear the men���s line. We sailed through the ladies line, boarded 50 minutes before takeoff, settled down, buckled up -- and then cooled our heels for 1 hour. Why? Because 25 passengers were still stuck in that bottleneck.
