Revathi Kamath, mother of billionaire brothers Nikhil and Nithin Kamath, is a renowned Indian environmentalist and landscaper with a deep dedication to preserving the environment. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a skilled veena player, nurturing a love for Carnatic music within her family. Born into a culturally rich household in Shringeri, she was the 10th child of N. Krishnamurthy, a lawyer-turned-veena instructor. Her upbringing was steeped in music, education, and tradition, with mornings starting at 4 a.m. to practice the veena under the guidance of Veena Venkatagiriyappa, creating a lively and joyful atmosphere at home.
