Yuzvendra Chahal ties the knot with Dhanashree Verma; Rohit Sharma, Raina congratulate couple

Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and YouTuber Dhanashree Verma ended 2020 on a high note, tying the knot on Tuesday.

The choreographer opted for a red ensemble for their big day, and the leg-spinner was dressed in an off-white sherwani with gold embroidery.

The couple took to social media to share pictures from the wedding, with the caption, "We started at “Once Upon A Time” and found “Our Happily Ever After,” coz’ finally, #DhanaSaidYuz for infinity & beyond!"




Messages began pouring in for the couple from Team India as well as fans.

Vice-captain Rohit Sharma congratulated the couple saying, "Congratulations bro, best wishes to both of you. Keep those googlies for opposition not her."


Suresh Raina also took to Twitter to wish the newlyweds.


Chahal and Verma had made their relationship official at a roka ceremony in August just before IPL 2020.
