‘You can’t sit with us.’ This $10 mn NYC penthouse comes with vintage furniture once owned by Gianni Versace!
The vintage pieces were bought shortly after Versace's murder.

Located on the top two floors of 50 Madison Avenue in New York City's NoMad neighbourhood, this penthouse that was recently listed for $10 million, comes with furniture that was once owned by none other than Italian fashion icon and businessman, Gianni Versace.
The 3,564 sq ft condo, which features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and an approximately 1,200 square feet of private outdoor space, also includes expensive pieces that the prior owner of the property bought in a Sotheby's auction shortly after Versace's murder.
In this rare case, the new owner of the house will get the incredibly rare furniture that once belonged to Versace along with the condo.

The duplex penthouse comes with gallery hall, library, wrap terrace, herringbone floors and allows key-locked elevator access, and of course, the original further that once belonged to Versace.

According to Forbes, the previous owner of the penthouse was a Versace obsessor.
"“I came to the apartment to sell her collection for The RealReal. She had recently passed and her brother, Robert, the current owner, inherited the apartment and all its contents. After Gianni was murdered and they auctioned off most everything from his estate, she bought it from Sotheby's. She even had them verified by phone for provenance.” Listing agent Andrew Pritchard told Forbes. He is co-listing the unit with Aaron Seawood, both work for The Agency.
