These gin-based cocktails are perfect for a summer evening.

FLORAL SOUR
Ingredients:
2 parts Sipsmith London Dry Gin
¾ part fresh lemon juice
¾ part lavender syrup
Cherry (to garnish)

Method:
- Add the gin, lemon juice and lavender syrup in a container and mix
- Pour in a glass and garnish with cherry

NEGRONI
Ingredients:
30ml Monkey 47 Schwarzwald Dry Gin
30ml Italian Bitters
30ml Sweet Vermouth

Method:
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass

ROKU PLUM MARTINI
Ingredients:
45ml ROKU
10ml ume liqueur
20ml soda
1 small plum fruit

Method:
- Pour all the ingredients in a glass and stir

SUMMER GIN PUNCH
Ingredients:
60ml gin/vodka/rum
90ml Jimmy’s Gin Cherry Sour mix
10 ml Maple Syrup
10 ml Fresh Lime juice

Method:
- In a shaker glass filled with ice, pour the above ingredients and shake well
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice
- Garnish with glazed cherries

FROZEN B&T TWIST
Ingredients:
60ml Beefeater London Dry Gin
50ml Tonic
15ml Lemon Juice
5ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Tonic Water

Method:
- Blend ingredient with ice
- Top with 50ml tonic water
- Garnish with orange and lemon
