Ingredients


Full fat milk: 300 ml
Vanilla extract
Instant coffee: ½ teaspoon
Vanilla ice-cream: 2 large scoops
Ice cubes: 4 to 5
Sugar to taste

Chocolate sauce, as desired
Chocolate / vanilla wafers

Method
- In a mixer, blend the milk with the vanilla extract, coffee, ice-cream, sugar and ice cubes
- Line a glass with chocolate sauce and pour in the shake
- Garnish with wafers and serve immediately

Chocolate Mango Pudding

Ingredients
Fabelle Specialty Application White/Milk Chocolate: 250 gm
Alphonso Mango: 1 piece

Cream: 100 ml

Method
- Peel and chop mango, and then mash to form pulp
- Chop chocolate into pieces
- Bring cream to boil
- Add boiled cream and mango pulp on chopped chocolate
- Wait for 5 minutes. Then mix and blend well
- Dispense into shot glasses. Garnish with mango pieces
- Refrigerate for 1-3 hours
- Garnish with chopped pistachio if required and serve

Corn flakes (crushed): 50 gms
Thin sliced paneer: 100 gms

For marination:

Degi mirch powder: 5 gms
Ginger and garlic paste: 10 gms
Garam masala powder: 4 gms
Salt: To taste
