Women of Silicon Valley 2018: Arianna Huffington, Naomi Kelman to talk tech, diversity, and gender

Arianna Huffington, Naomi Kelman joined over 60 speakers at the third Women of Silicon Valley event being held in San Francisco to talk tech.

From big data, UX, cyber security, AI & analytics to building a gender diverse & inclusive team, the two day event is covering topics that affect today's tech industry. The diversity-focused forum will also include workshops, ranging from sexual harassment to technical topics.

The conference comes at the time when #MeToo, Time's Up and gender gap are making headlines across industries. From Travis Kalanick to Harvey Weinstein, the stories of sexual assault have left no industry unaffected.


The annual event, now in its third year, has become the largest global Women in Tech Event Series, and is hosting more than 60 speakers and over 800 attendees this year.

Women of Silicon Valley is aimed at making people and organisations connect, push boundaries, and take action on gender diversity and inclusion.

The two-day event will include inspirational keynotes, deep insight into tech trends and business strategy, technical classes, and career development workshops to help women join and flourish in the tech sector.
