Wife Hema continues Murli Deora's mission in Mumbai

In remembrance of the late senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Murli Deora, his wife Hema distributed uniforms, school bags and notebooks to students of GA Ranade School, Girgaum, Mumbai, a few days ago.

"I had gone to Ranade School on July 4, where Murli had been helping the school with setting up their computer laboratories and repairs of the entire building," Deora said. "He also used to help with providing note books, school bags and uniforms to the underprivileged children. I went over to continue his good work. It was a very emotional moment for me."

Murli Deora passed away in November 2014 at age 77.
