Sai Pallavi has impressed audiences time and again with her acting skills, but there’s something else that the internet absolutely loves about her: her simple and effortless lifestyle. The actress is currently making headlines for her much-awaited film, Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana, alongside Ranbir Kapoor. After the teaser featuring Ram, fans are now eagerly waiting to see her look as Sita. Amid this buzz, a video of Sai Pallavi talking about her core life values has gone viral online.

Sai Pallavi's three major life values

During a chat show appearance while promoting her film Amaran, Sai Pallavi opened up about three beliefs that guide her life. The first, and perhaps most talked-about, is her choice to remain a vegetarian. She shared that she has been a vegetarian since childhood and intends to remain so for life. Recalling an incident from a shoot in Japan, she said she once struggled to find vegetarian food and even refused to eat a dish prepared with chicken broth. For her, it is about not harming another living being, a principle she refuses to compromise on.

The second value she stated is her belief in not hurting others. Sai Pallavi explained that she always tries to put people before her own emotions. She added that even if she unintentionally hurts someone, she makes it a point to apologise immediately. According to her, causing pain to others is something she cannot justify, and it is a principle she deeply holds onto in both her personal and professional life.

Her third belief is daily meditation. The actress revealed that meditation helps her stay balanced and grounded. She admitted that on days she skips it, she feels slightly off and disconnected. For her, meditation is not just a routine but a reminder to stay aware, be kind, and live authentically.

These values, according to Sai Pallavi, shape who she is as a person. Many fans believe that her grounded nature and authenticity are what make her stand out in the industry, often calling her a “natural beauty queen” not just for her looks but for her simplicity and mindset.
