The PM seems to be one big fan of Pokémon GO.

What do you mean?
Recently, Solberg was busted playing Pokémon GO in the Parliament during a debate.

What? she must be really into the game.
You bet. Solberg being a fan of Pokémon GO is no secret. During a recent trip to Slovakia she told reporters she was keen to take some time out to play the game. She had some 10 km eggs to hatch, after all.

What sportsmanship!
It is, I guess. And she's not the only one to be on patriotic duty. Norway's government Pension Fund is invested in Nintendo and the sovereign wealth fund got a good boost from the Pokemon Go craze, earning at least $148 million due to its popularity.

Yeah. And many other Norwegian politicos also seem to have caught this Pokébug.

In August, the leader of Norway’s Liberal Party, Trine Skei Grande, was caught playing the game in parliament during a meeting on national security. Stateside, a State Department spokesperson caught a reporter playing Pokémon GO during a briefing back in July.

Coincidentally, Grande was at the podium when Solberg was trying to fit in a couple of Pidgey and Weedle captures.

At least it’s better than taking a snooze in the house, right?
