Why are the Babbars not invited to Prateik Babbar and Priya Banerjee’s wedding?

Prateik Babbar, the son of late actress Smita Patil and former MP Raj Babbar has tied the knot to his lover, Priya Banerjee on February 14. While the couple look dreamy in their matching ivory ethnic wears, looks like his family is giving the wedding a miss. Prateik's half-brother, Arya Babbar revealed that none of the members of the Babbar family was invited to the wedding.

Arya Babbar, Prateik’s half-brother, recently shared his disappointment over not being invited to the ceremony. He revealed that none of the Babbars were included in the guest list, expressing confusion over the situation. Despite believing that they remain close as a family, he suspects that someone may be influencing Prateik’s decisions, leading him to distance himself from his father and other relatives.

Arya emphasized the role of his mother in keeping the family together and found it disheartening that even their father, Raj Babbar, was not invited to the wedding. He expressed hope that Prateik’s choices were not entirely his own, but rather a result of external influence within his household.
