'Who would have thought 75 years ago …’ Nikhil Kamath is rooting for Rishi Sunak as next UK PM
Sunak is married to the daughter of Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy.

The first India-origin candidate to ever hold the high office of UK Chancellor of the Exchequer won the first two rounds of voting by Tory members of Parliament. This victory places him firmly as the prime candidate to replace former UK PM Boris Johnson, with just five contenders remaining for their first public clash on Friday.
Sunak, who is married to Akansha (the daughter of Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy and author-philanthropist Sudha Murty), will now appear in a series of televised debates over the weekend with his remaining opponents to become the PM.
The Zerodha co-founder took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Sunak's progress in UK politics.
