Who will star next to Hrithik Roshan in 'War 2'? Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh in the race

Since the massive success of Shah Rukh Khan-starrer 'Pathaan', the Internet has been buzzing with news surrounding other action dramas from Yash Raj Films (YRF). Seems like the production house has its hands extremely busy with Hrithik Roshan-starrer 'War' which is getting a sequel.

After several reports, new speculation suggests that three beautiful Bollywood ladies, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone and Sharvari Wagh will be fighting it out to grab the lead actress position in the upcoming action thriller 'War 2'.

According to ETimes, a final call will soon decide who will be starring opposite Roshan as his leading lady in 'War 2'. "The second part of 'War 2' is going to be even more thrilling than its first part. The pre-production work has begun," the report said, quoting a source.


"The consideration and the zeroing down on the three names that are being considered for the female lead's role has created quite a buzz in the YRF office," the source added.

The new report comes days after it was speculated that 'RRR' fame NTR Jr will star alongside Roshan in the upcoming YRF film.

While several other reports also suggest that Ayan Mukerji, who was lauded for directing 'Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva' starring Ranbir Kapoor and Bhatt, will helm the upcoming film.

The shooting of the film is expected to start by the end of this year once the official announcement has been made on the star cast.
