The clip, which shows Hania dressed as a radiant bride in a yellow lehenga, instantly sparked speculation about a “private” nikah. But as the internet buzzed with congratulatory messages, the real story turned out to be quite different.

Hania, known for her acting skills, effortless style and candid social media presence, enjoys a massive fan following not just in Pakistan but also across the world. Recently, a clip is making rounds on the internet, which features Hania in full bridal glow, yellow lehenga, dupatta draped over her head, and floral jewellery adorning her wrists, dancing beside Asim Azhar.

The setting appeared straight out of a mehendi or sangeet celebration, with friends cheering them on. Within minutes, social media was flooded with comments like “Finally!” and “Did they get married?”



Given their past history, fans were quick to connect the dots. Hania and Asim were first linked in 2018 and were often seen together at events and gatherings. Though they reportedly parted ways around 2020–21, their bond remained a topic of interest. Asim later got engaged to influencer Merub Ali, but that engagement ended mutually in June 2025. However, netizens soon clarified that the event was not a real nikah but a wedding-themed birthday celebration for Hania. Who is Asim Azhar?

While the wedding rumours dominated headlines, many began searching for more details about Asim Azhar. The singer is one of Pakistan’s most popular contemporary music artists. He first gained recognition by uploading song covers on YouTube before rising to national fame through his performances on Coke Studio in 2015.
