While it's fun to partake in the festivities and make every day a cheat day, the after effects of the bingeing can become a problem if not dealt with.
Even though the impending winter months make for the perfect excuse to camouflage all the excess fat under layers of clothes, here are some teas that can help keep your waistline in check:
