Alberto El Patron is a tough guy. The Mexican professional wrestler and mixed martial artist, best known for his two tenures in WWE and the Global Force Wrestling at Impact Wrestling, may be able to perform his signature move ‘The Stump’ (‘I have learnt that the audience really enjoys when I stump people on their face.’) with ease but there’s something else that comes easy to him too — crying.

The 40-year-old Texas resident, who was recently in the Mumbai, told ETPanache that he cries all the time. “People always see me as this tough man who doesn’t take crap from anybody, and it’s real. You disrespect me and I will punch you on your face. I don’t care who you are and where we are. I lost my job one time for slapping a guy who was making some racist comments against my persona. But no I cry, I cry.”

El Patron says that the time the tears strike most is when he’s away from his family. He says, “I am a really sensitive person. I cry all the time when I miss my kids. I was crying last night because I was tired and I hadn’t seen my kids for such a long time. So I am just like anyone else.”.
