When tennis legend Stan Smith didn't remember who Jay-Z was!

In a recent interview, Stan Smith, the 70s tennis star better known for the shoe named after him, narrated a funny conversation between him and his daughter.

“When my daughter was 14,” Smith said, “she came home from school and said, ‘Dad, you’re famous!’ I said, ‘What do you mean?’ She said, ‘Jay-Z has you in one of his songs!’ I said, ‘Well, that’s great. Who’s Jay-Z?’”

A sneaker which generations love also brings out a generation gap sometimes.
