When Sushma Swaraj & Supriya Sule shared the same problem
A book by Dr Ravi Bapat and Dr Kamaxi Bhate was launched by the NCP leader Supriya Sule at Mumbai University's Vidyanagari Campus on Friday. Dr Bapat has for years been the physician for Sule and her family, including her father, Sharad Pawar. At the book release, she spoke with candour about doctors and her own health hiccups. "I don't think there is a single ailment in this book which I haven't had," Sule said. She then narrated an amusing anecdote about her fainting episode in Sangli during an election rally in April.

"I called RDB (Ravindra Dinkar Bapat) and he asked me if I had had enough water," Sule said. "And I realised I hadn't had water for 18 hours. I was in Sangli at a rally and wasn't sure of the bathroom situation. A few days later, Sushma Swaraj asked me about the incident. I told her why it happened. She said that she too faced a similar situation once for the same reason." To hydrate or not hydrate — the Indian woman continues be faced with this eternal dilemma. More power to Vidya Balan's toilets crusade.
