When Ryan Gosling finally ate his cereal

The creator of the 'Ryan Gosling Won't Eat His Cereal' meme, Ryan McHenry from Edinburgh, passed away last week at the age of 27 after a two year battle with bone cancer.He was given a tribute by Gosling in the most apt way possible Ryan Gosling ate his cereal. The short films, which went viral in 2013, featured McHenry trying to feed spoonfuls of cereal to a bunch of clips of Gosling in movies, and Gosling wouldn't eat them (maybe because McHenry was offering cereal to a TV screen?). One of the objectives of the vine was raising money for McHenry's cancer treatment.

A day after the Scottish McHenry's death, on Monday, Gosling posted a video where he pours a cup of cereal and milk into a bowl and without saying a word, lifts his spoon 'to McHenry' before taking a big bite. Thousands of fans paid tribute to McHenry using the hashtag #RIPRyanMcHenry , including the Hollywood star, who shared his on Twitter.
