The delicious Norwegian Salmon adorns the menus of many gourmet restaurants in India. The exclusive fish however, is not so easy to cook at home. That’s why, vice consul of the Royal Norwegian Consulate and The Norwegian Seafood Council’s country director, Yogi Shergill, recently organised a Salmon demo cooking session in Mumbai. Shergill also whipped up some delicacies like assorted smoked and gravlax salmon, salmon filet with crème fraiche and grilled salmon filet, for select guests. Now that’s a tempting line-up.
