Tata boss N Chandrasekaran misses musical evening organised by wife

Last week, eminent members of Mumbai’s corporate circle and medical fraternity gathered at a popular venue in South Mumbai. They spent their evening being enthralled by santoor maestro Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma’s performance. And all, for a good cause. The evening was hosted by Ameeta Chatterjee (wife of Goldman Sachs India CMD Sonjoy Chatterjee) and Lalitha Chandrasekaran (wife of Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekaran) to support Ekam Foundation Mumbai.

Though the guest list for the evening was quite starry, the presence of two Chandras was sorely missed. The Tata Sons chairman was away at the Tata Motors show in Geneva and Amit Chandra, an early supporter of the foundation also had to skip the evening due to some other commitments.
