When Mercedes advertised in a magazine for Nico Rosberg’s replacement
With the Formula One World Champion announcing his retirement from the sport, Mercedes is left without a driver.

The long ad goes on to say that the would-be driver would also have to have good feedback and communication skills, identify the strengths and weaknesses of rival teams, and show “extreme patience” in dealings with the media. Looks like they are speaking from experience.
The cherry on top is the benefits package — which includes a company car and a “generous” bonus. And, if that is not enough, the driver would also be able to take advantage of subsidised meals at the team’s Brackley HQ. Salary details are, however, not listed. But having a super license is a must as per the advert as well. Wonder who will check all these boxes.
