When 18-year-old Jehan Daruvala won the FIA F3 European Championship in Nuremberg last week, he created history by being the first Indian to have won the title.

What makes his feat even more noteworthy is that Formula 3 is the toughest junior racing category in the world. Over the years it has produced some of the best racers in the world, including Ayrton Senna, Michael Schumacher, Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.

And when the youngster is not busy winning races, he lets his hair down by playing other sports. "It is very stressful in the paddock on the racetrack and so I play a lot of sports off the track. Football, badminton, table tennis, cricket - I love all sports. I go to the gym twice a day. It is normally very chilled out when I am not racing.".
