WhatsApp's video-calling feature for Android users
To make a video call, users simply need to click on the calling button and choose between 'Voice' and 'Video' calling options.

Last week, the company had launched the feature for Windows Phone users.
As to how it works, to make a video call, users simply need to click on the calling button and choose between 'Voice' and 'Video' calling options. The feature also allows users to switch from front camera to rear camera as well 'mute the call'. In addition, users will get notifications in case they miss a call. To call back, they can simply tap on the same menu.
The company has so far not said anything about the feature's availability for iOS users.
WhatsApp recently rolled out another update for iOS and Android users, which brings the key features of Snapchat and Instagram Stories to the messaging app.
In addition, the WhatsApp for iOS update also lets group admins invite other people to join a group. All they need to do is to tap on the 'Group Invite link' in the group info section. Although the Android version also added support for front-facing flash and easy zooming in videos, the WhatsApp for iOS change log does not mention these features so far. The updated app can be downloaded from App Store.
