What a catch! Pescafresh brings fresh fish & perfection home

In August, they brought down Loch Duart's finest Scottish Salmon, the same that was served at the Diamond Jubilee Luncheon for the Queen of England and the Royal Wedding. Now, they are treating the Indian market to Norwegian Salmon, that's been enjoyed by Norwegian royals.

Expertly delivered to your doorstep on ice, the Norwegian salmon (Rs 1995/kg) is maintained at a temperature of 1-3 degree Celsius upon delivery and should ideally be consumed within 72 hrs.

We prepared the bright salmon simply — half with truffle salt and the other with butter and garlic — to let the flavour of the fish come through. The salmon was easily the best we have tasted — beautifully flaky and bursting with freshness. We also marinated a piece in olive oil and used it to prepare 'Capaccio' — thinly sliced raw fish that melted in the mouth.
