Water colour is the most difficult medium in the field of art: Paresh Maity
Having their life’s work put on display is a dream come true for any artist. And for Paresh Maity, his retrospective art show will be hosted in what can be described as the Mecca of art — Mumbai’s Jehangir Art Gallery. The exhibition will be hosted from February 14 to 21.

Maity’s work covers various mediums, but for him, water colours remain his favourite. “Water colour is my heart and soul and that’s the most difficult medium in the field of art,” Maity says, who created his first water colour painting at the age of 12. Art aficionados can mark their calendars.
