Want to get Paul Rudd’s youthful look? Watch what you eat
Actor Paul Rudd is constantly cited as proof of timeless youth, who has not aged since he first made his debut two decades ago as a teenager. Many argue that nature blessed him with a "slow aging gene", but that might not be all there is to it.

While genes do play a role, the food we eat is also an important factor. In two new studies from University College London, researchers discovered a relationship between diet, metabolism, and aging.

Basically, they found that low nutrition and the presence of a certain molecule called ‘p38 MAPK' can hamper the function of immunity cells and trigger the effects of aging. While a drug is still far away, it doesn't mean we can't take measures. We should avoid high-fat and high-carbohydrate foods. We should also keep our salt intake at no more than 2,500 mg per day.

Fruits and vegetables, whole grains, beans, and legumes are your allies in the fight against aging. All of them are strong sources of antioxidants, monouns atur at e d fats, calcium, zinc, or vitamins.
