Vishnu Vinyasam OTT release update: 'Where to watch Telugu romantic drama

The Telugu film Vishnu Vinyasam, headlined by Sree Vishnu, opened to fairly positive reactions from viewers. Although it did not achieve extraordinary success at the ticket counters, the romantic drama—rooted in astrological themes—was reportedly able to recover its costs and generate profits. Following the conclusion of its theatrical run, the film has now transitioned to the digital space and began streaming this week on Prime Video. The movie had first arrived in cinemas on February 27, 2026, before making its way to OTT audiences.

Helmed by Yadunaath Maruthi Rao, the film presents an unusual love story intertwined with astrology and numerology. The narrative centers on Vishnu, a young man who places unwavering faith in horoscopes and celestial alignments. His strong belief system leads him to agree to a marriage proposal after ensuring that his horoscope aligns perfectly with that of a female colleague. However, the seemingly straightforward arrangement begins to unravel when he discovers that the woman may not be entirely honest about her motives.

In the film, Sree Vishnu portrays the titular character as a lecturer deeply fascinated with numbers and predictions. His daily life is governed by calculations, structure, and a need for precision. The storyline takes a significant turn with the arrival of Junnu, portrayed by Nayana Sarika. In contrast to Vishnu’s rigid outlook, Junnu embodies spontaneity and emotional unpredictability. Their opposing temperaments spark both conflict and attraction, adding layers of tension as well as charm to their evolving relationship.


From a commercial standpoint, the film delivered a modest performance during its time in theatres. Reports suggest that it earned approximately Rs 18 crore globally, as per trade tracking data. While it did not break major box office records, it managed to resonate with a specific segment of the audience, particularly those who enjoy light-hearted romantic narratives with a distinctive thematic twist.
