Power couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have finalised on their honeymoon destination.

The newlyweds left Tuscany on Tuesday to enjoy their short honeymoon in Rome. The couple will return to India where they have planned two grand receptions for their families and friends.

The receptions will take place in Delhi (December 21) and Mumbai (December 26).

After the grand celebration, Sharma will accompany Kohli to South Africa where he will start prepping for his upcoming series. The Mrs will spend New Year’s Eve with her new husband.


The 29-year-old actress has a lot on her plate next year. She will return in the first week of January to begin working on Anand L Rai’s film with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai. She will simultaneously start shooting for 'Sui Dhaaga' in February 2018 with Varun Dhawan. She will also be busy marketing and promotions 'Pari', releasing on February 9.

The ethereal couple tied the knot at a luxury heritage resort, Borgo Finocchieto, in Tuscany, Italy. The two looked celestial in Sabyasachi ensembles.

Borgo Finocchieto is the second most expensive holiday rental in the world, especially in the month of December.
