VIP Industries’ Dilip Piramal is not driven by the strength of the bull
A huge installation of a bull and a large painting depicting a bull in the VIP Industries’ office may lead one to believe that the animal symbolises strength to company chairman Dilip Piramal. But quiz him about it and he denies any sort of inclination for the bull or what it stands for.

"The painting is by leading Bangladeshi painter Shahabuddin Ahmed. He had done an exhibition on bulls about five or seven years back and I had really liked this one," says Piramal. The installation, he says is about a decade old and by artist Arzan Khambatta. And he got it because "it looks good, doesn’t it?" says Piramal.
