Vintage throwback: When stylist Neha Tham remodelled cassettes as event invites

Sending out an attractive invitation is half the job done when you are in the creative business. Neha Tham, stylist and wife of restaurateur Keenan Tham, seems to know that only too well. She recently procured over 400 cassettes to be remodeled as invites.

Getting her hands on so many tapes involved a trip to Chor Bazaar in Mumbai, Tham says. She then got them blanked out and stuck the invite on top of each cassette. Tham is on cloud nine because of the amazement and positive reactions that her cassette invitations have received in this digital age.

"Our invite was meant to give a small glimpse of everything fun and vintage. A throwback to when you actually had the time to take a break, make a mixed tape, get comfy and listen to it all day," says Tham.
