Vijay and Trisha are back on the news again! This time, the much-loved duo of Tamil cinema became the talk of the town once more when they made an appearance at the wedding reception of Shreya, the daughter of YS Anil Reddy, a relative of Jagan Mohan Reddy, and Ujjwal Belani. The event was held at Leela Palace in Chennai before their wedding on November 25.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Vijay was present at the event alongside his mother, Shoba Chandrasekar, and actress Trisha Krishnan. The pair praised the couple and gifted them a bouquet as they joined them on the stage. Images of Vijay and Trisha at the event have since attracted significant attention on various social media channels.

Vijay and Trisha’s public appearances have been highly scrutinised as the pair, who have appeared in several hit films such as 'Ghilli,' 'Thirupaachi', 'Aathi,' 'Kuruvi,' and 'Leo' are good friends offscreen and have often been linked romantically, though they have never issued an official statement on their equation. Their relationship was speculated about more heavily when Vijay’s wife, Sangeetha, filed a divorce petition in August.

While Vijay has bid adieu to his film career after becoming the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Trisha has been on a roll as far as movies go. She was last seen in the Suriya-starrer Karuppu, which became the highest-grossing movie of Suriya’s career. She will next be seen in two films – the Telugu project Vishwambhara and the Malayalam action thriller Ram, which stars Mohanlal in the lead.
