Venom and stings: The most venomous marine animal is a jellyfish — and more poisonous tales
In the sea, the most venomous snake is Dubois’s sea snake.

The common krait (Bungarus Caeruleus) is the most poisonous snake in India and bites to kill. Its poisonous mosquito-like bite affects the nervous system. Most times, the victim, if asleep, never wakes up.
The scariest of them all is the king cobra. It is the longest of all venomous snakes and in a single bite, can deliver enough neurotoxin to kill an elephant

American alligators (Alligator Mississippiensis) have nothing to fear though. Their blood (serum) has the property to withstand a viper’s Snake Venom Metalloproteinases (SVMP).

None of this matters to the leatherback sea turtle, which gets its name from its leathery and rubbery shell.
