Vani Kola finds weekend inspiration in Robert Frost's words, says they motivate her to take that extra step even when exhausted

American poet Robert Frost's words have inspired generations people from all walks of life for years. And The latest addition to this list is Kalaari Capital Managing Director Vani Kola.

The founder of one of India's leading early-stage venture capital firms found her weekend inspiration in the poet's writings, and took to Twitter to share it with her 82.4K followers.

Kola said Frost's famous lines. "The woods are lovely, dark and deep, but I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep, and miles to go before I sleep," always inspire her to take that extra step even when exhausted by the toils of the day.



The venture capitalist said she admires "his philosophy of simplicity," adding that it is applicable to all walks of life.

"Keep the focus to reach for the destination and stay away from the beckoning distractions. We all can take something away from this (the poem)." she concluded.
