Mahindra shared a parody ad for Pfizer with Poonawalla.
As the world races towards beating the pandemic with its many Covid vaccines, business tycoon Anand Mahindra took to Twitter to share a parody ad for a vaccine with Adar Poonawalla.
Poonawalla is the CEO of the Serum Institute of India - the world's largest vaccine manufacturer, that is also producing the AstraZeneca vaccine, Covishield, in the country.
The parody ad for Pfizer - one of the Covid-19 vaccine producers in the world - shows a proposal in the new normal where a ring has been replaced by a dose of the vaccine.
The Mahindra Group boss, who found the ad 'hilarious', tweeted it to his 8.3 million followers and tagged Poonawalla. Sharing the ad, he wrote, "@adarpoonawalla you have a readymade advertising brief. Vaccines are forever..."

India having reported the world's second-highest number of Covid-19 cases plans to innoculate 300 million people against the virus by August.
