Urvi Piramal welcomes her fifth grandchild

Urvi Piramal, wife of Ashok Piramal and sister-in-law of Ajay Piramal, welcomed her fifth grandchild recently.

Urvi's youngest son, Nandan and his wife, Anjali, became first time parents to a baby girl. Her older sons, Harsh and Rajeev, have two children each. Harsh has a daughter and a son, whereas Rajeev has two daughters.

After her husband's death, Urvi has spearheaded the Ashok Piramal Group as its chairperson. Her three sons work with the group, overseeing different businesses.

Nandan, an alumnus of University College, London, heads the sports business at the group. He was involved with setting up the Pune Football Club, with "the goal to put Pune on the football map of India".
