However, Axis Bank’s Shikha Sharma feels the conventional companies and corporates may have something working in their favour. At a recent event, where the bank partnered with Vistara, Sharma said, “While the whole conversation in the world today is about fintech (financial technology) and fintech disrupting national institutions, ultimately, customers invariably care for convenience, trust and experience. And that’s what we are trying to build.”.
