You know those days, which unfortunately aren't weekends, but you wish they were. Tuesday, Wednesday...You know what we're talking about.

Well, while we can't do much to make the week rush forward, we know that a glass of wine, or pint of beer after a long day at work may do the trick.

However, you're soon going to replace them with these delectable cocktails.
Ballantine's 12 Watermelon Martini

Ingredients

Ballantine's 12-year-old: 50 ml
Hazelnut liqueur: 12.5 ml
Watermelon slices
Ice

Method
- Chill a martini glass
- Fill two-thirds of a Boston shaker glass with slices of watermelon.
- Pour 50 ml of Ballantine's 12-year-old, 12.5 ml of hazelnut liqueur and add ice.
- Shake for 15 seconds, double strain into the chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a watermelon slice.

Ballantine's 12 Bitter

Ingredients

Ballantine's 12-Year-Old: 50 ml
Sweet vermouth: 15 ml

Aromatic bitters
Cocktail cherry
Ice

Method
- Chill a Martini glass or Coupette.
- Pour the Ballantine's 12 Year Old into a mixing glass over ice.
- Add one bar spoon of aromatic bitters and the sweet vermouth.
- Stir mixture with a bar spoon for 30 seconds and strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
