Popular British television personality Piers Morgan invited the wrath of the Indian Twitterati horde after he posted a tweet poking fun at celebrations over the two Olympic medal winners in a country of a 1.2 billion. Although Indians might not be united in their cause in too many things apart from cricket, when it comes to Twitter, the country takes trolling rather seriously.

While some Indians agreed with the shade that Morgan threw, he was predictably trolled to the bone. He did however mount a fightback, individually replying to each tweet that was subjected against him, and in some cases, he did rather well.
